I live at Pune and went to Kalyan area for vacation........Suddenly my wife felt severe pain in back so I took my wife to the Shivam hospital. She was going through this since long and even we were in contact with doctors in Pune for the same. In Pune some of the doctors suggested operation which we didn't agree as we really were very scared about. At Shivam they suggested some exercises and physiotherapy and now she is in much better condition. Really thankful to the Doctors and Staff of hospital.

Handling of emergency cases are very Good. After that all the procedures of treatments are good. Doctors, nurses,admin staff, ward boys are very cooperative. Facilities are comparatively well enough. Attached canteen facility is also very helpful and hygiene food provides by the canteen team.
After all I will go for 5star rating for this hospital.

It was a very nice experience, overall the experience with all staffs and doctors, their nature were awesome and too co-operative. Hospital environment was always kept clean...food which was provided to patients was also good. Even the medicines were given at right time.
